Endurance Profiles
The adjustable current in an Endless Pool, allows each swimmer the unique opportunity to track time vs pace for each stroke.
Advantages of tracking time vs pace:
It helps the swimmer and coach improve their technique by seeing just where their stroke starts to break down. If a swimmer's time falls off at a particular pace, they can analyze any weakness in their technique and adjust their stroke accordingly to get them swimming faster and for a longer duration.
It allows swimmers to measure their progress over time. By tracking their time vs pace for a particular stroke, swimmers can see if they are improving and by how much. The coach and swimmer can go over what is working and what isn't and adjust the sessions accordingly.
It provides a clear benchmark for goal setting. Swimmers can set specific time goals for themselves and work toward achieving them.
It allows swimmers to compare their times to others. By knowing their personal best times, swimmers can compare themselves to other swimmers in their age group or level of competition.
